Overview
Jomsom Muktinath Trek grants the incredible landscape scenery of high mountain peaks as well as cultural exploration around Jomsom and Muktinath. This trip begins as we drive to Beni from Pokhara. After that, our trek starts from Beni. During the journey, we pass few ethnic cultural villages and forest. The trek follows the deepest gorge in the world and that is Kaligandaki Gorge until reaching at Kagbeni.
Jomsom is headquarter of Mustang district which is very popular tourist area, from where we take pathway to Muktinath, Muktinath is sacred Hindu temple.
The Himalayan Guide has designed Jomsom Muktinath Trek itinerary combing various hidden routes. It is designed for short trekking. However, if you want to explore Jomsom Muktinath deeply, then we can customize and make this trip longer as per your wish.
Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1320M)
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Day 03: Fly to Pokhara (30 minutes)and drive to Beni – Tatopani (4-5 hours)
Day 04: Tatopani to Ghasa Trek (2010m) – 5/6 hours
Day 05: Ghasa to Titi Trek – 5/6 hours
Day 06: Titi to Tukuche Trek (2590m) – 6/7 hours
Day 07: Tukuche to Thini Trek (2840m) – 5/6 hours
Day 08: Thini to Kagbeni Trek (2810m) – 4/5 hours
Day 09: Kagbeni to Muktinath Trek (3710m) – 5/6 hours
Day 10: Muktinath to Jomsom Trek (2720m) – 6-7 hours
Day 11: Fly back to Pokhara (20 minutes) or drive back to Pokhara (8/9 hours)
Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu Drive – 6/7 hours
Day 13: Final Departure
